Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase of 3 new 7-seater passenger cars. A detailed description can be found in the order. No. 2 to the SWZ and contains the minimum parameters (technical and operational) for each of the three passenger cars covered by the subject of the order, which means that the Contractor may offer the subject order characterized by better technical and/or operational parameters. The car must be brand new, i.e. it must have 100% usable value, it must be unrepaired, unused, and free from defects and damage. The car must be produced in 2024 or 2025. The car must meet the requirements specified in generally applicable legal acts. Deadline for collecting the car - up to 60 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party, within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, with the documents necessary to register the vehicle. The Contractor is obliged to issue and deliver a VAT invoice within maximum until December 30, 2025, taking into account a 7-day payment period, counted from the day following the date of receipt of the invoice.
