4.1. The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of 1 piece of managed core switch and 2 pieces of managed access switches along with the necessary accessories.4.2. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to deliver and install the subject of the order all devices in the Ordering Party's rack and implement them in the Ordering Party's local network. The implementation must be carried out stationary at the Ordering Party's premises, remote implementation is not allowed.4.3. The subject of the Order is specified in detail in the Annex No. 1 to SWZ Description of the subject of the order. 4.4. Whenever trademarks, patents or origins, sources or specific processes, as well as standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and reference systems are used in the content of the ToR, including the Description of the Subject Matter of the Procurement technical, the Ordering Party allows a solution equivalent to the one described.
