Purchase of 20 pieces of levels, including installation and maintenance 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, commissioning and operation of 20 measuring systems for measuring the level of rainwater in closed channels, together with data transmission, visualization and system maintenance: Stage 1: purchase of 20 pieces of measuring devices - recorders with a digital non-contact liquid radar probe and a replaceable battery power supply, an additional power supply set, an antenna to enhance the range, and a SIM card for measurement water level in a closed channel, Stage 2: System maintenance under warranty Detailed requirements are included in Annex 4 to the SWZ. 2. The detailed scope of services, the method of order execution and the contractor's obligations are specified in the following documents: attachment No. 4 to SWZ, i.e. Description of the Subject of the Order Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, i.e. the Draft Provisions of the Agreement with annexes. 3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. 4. The Ordering Party does not require employment referred to in Art. 95 section 1-2 of the Act Pzp 5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 6. The Ordering Party does not intend to convene a meeting of Contractors. 7.
