INVITATION TO BID FOR
PURCHASE OF 2 UNITS BRAND NEW MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLES
1) The Local Government Unit - Dolores, through the MOOE Continuing Appropriation FY 2025 and Capital outlay for Transportation Equipment FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php4, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF 2 UNITS BRAND NEW MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLES Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit - Dolores now invites bids for PURCHASE OF 2 UNITS BRAND NEW MULTI-PURPOSE VEHICLES using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). Delivery of the Goods is required sixty (60) calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
