The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of 2 pieces of brand new specialized engineering and sapper vehicles on a wheeled chassis for the purposes of implementing civil protection and civil defense tasks and providing basic services to the population in the Wocaw County. All delivered elements constituting the subject of the order must have appropriate, current and required certificates, quality certificates, attestations, declarations of conformity or markings informing about admission to sale and meet all requirements of the standards set out in applicable law. A detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party will make every effort to ensure that the description of the subject of the order does not include any trademark, patent or origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor.
