1. The subject of the order is the purchase of fire trucks for the Volunteer Fire Department from the Grabica Commune, i.e. the purchase of 2 LIGHT fire trucks. a) The order includes the delivery of 2 identical light fire and rescue trucks, one car for the Volunteer Fire Department of Grabica, one for the Volunteer Fire Department Lubanw.b) A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER, including minimum TECHNICAL AND UTILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR A LIGHT RESCUE AND FIRE EXTINGUISHING VEHICLE). All requirements specified in the SWZ constitute minimum requirements (technical and qualitative), and their fulfillment is obligatory.2. As part of the delivery, the Contractor is obliged in particular to: a) sell and deliver the subject of the order in accordance with Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, b) notify the Ordering Party of its readiness to acceptance, at least 10 business days before the planned date of collection of the subject of the contract, in order for the Ordering Party to accept the subject of the contract at the Contractor's office, as well as to determine the preliminary delivery date (at least monthly) on signing the contract, c) delivering equipment free from defects, brand new, unused, technically efficient, complete and ready...
