Purchase of 2 drum filter machines with commissioning, phase II Conclusion of a sales contract for the manufacture or purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of 2 drum filter machines in the wastewater treatment plant in Szolnok. The new drum filter equipment has the existing one it must be compatible with equipment in terms of operation and technological connections, i.e. it must form a system that works as intended with existing equipment. If the technical description that is part of the public procurement documents is made and also contains type designations, the Bidder accepts an offer equivalent to the given make and type pursuant to Art. 321/2015. (X.30.) According to paragraphs (3)-(6) of Section 46 of Government Decree. Proof of equivalence is the responsibility of the Bidder.
