Purchase of MAXI buses powered by compressed CNG gas for MPK Społka z o.o. in Nowy Sącz.
I. The subject of the order is the purchase of 18 MAXI buses powered by compressed CNG gas meeting the EURO 6 exhaust emission standard for MPK Społka z o.o. in Nowy Sącz
II. Buses must be delivered to the site bus depot at ul. Wyspiańskiego 22 in Nowy Sącz. The delivered buses that are the subject of the order must meet the following requirements:
1. be brand new (as defined in the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended);
2. be up to date vehicle type approval certificate issued in accordance with the Act of April 14, 2023 on vehicle approval systems and their equipment (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 919, as amended);
3. meet the technical and operational parameters specified in the applicable regulations specified in the Minister's regulation Infrastructure regarding the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 2024, item 502, consolidated text).
4. have the following basic dimensions and parameters:
a) length: 11.5 m 12.5 m;
b) width: max 2.55 m;
c) height: max 3.4 m.
5. to be made using achievements of technology and workshop knowledge ensuring failure-free operation with a minimum amount of maintenance work, proven and approved materials are to be used for production;
