PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość requests a price offer for the supply of the products mentioned in the proceedings. By joining the procedure, the bidder accepts the following conditions: The unit price includes transport costs. Period the offer is valid for at least 14 days from the end of the procedure. Delivery required to the TPS Transhipment Terminal, Szczebrzeszyn LHS station (22-460 Szczebrzeszyn, Brody Małe 92A) Required payment deadline is 30 days from receipt of the invoice and goods. Warranty required min. 12 months. Variant offers are not allowed. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel the procedure without giving reasons. The detailed terms and conditions of the order are included in the order form attached as Annex 1 to proceedings. Contractors participating in this procedure undertake to familiarize themselves with the information on not breaking or circumventing the Sanctions Provisions (Appendix No. 2 to the proceedings). When submitting an offer, please attach a completed and signed attachment to the submitted offer. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of offering goods whose sale could violate or circumvent the sanctions regulations introduced in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine.
