1. The subject of the order is the purchase of 15 ABC (Automated Border Control) biometric gates - an automatic border control system. The description and method of execution of the order are included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
2. Whenever in the content of the ToR, including the Item Description Order, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the subject of the order was described by indicating trademarks, standards, patents or the source of the detailed process, the Ordering Party allows the Contractor to offer an equivalent solution.
3. The contractor who refers to the solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to demonstrate that the equipment offered by him meets the requirements specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Equivalence in terms of technical, functional or operational parameters is particularly important ensure that technical parameters are not worse than those adopted by the Ordering Party.
4.
