The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through Responsibility Center: 3999S-03(24) / Account Code: 50203110, intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos (Php 7, 999, 998.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Purchase of 145 Package Basic Learning Materials in Reading, Mathematics & Science with Manipulative for Division Wide use - to be distributed to the lowest performing schools in the division in support of the NLC-LEND thru DEAL program in support of the National Recovery Program, Provincial School Board-PGO, Province of Negros Oriental.
