Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase of 11 pieces of power generating units and the purchase of 11 pieces of cargo trailers (two-axle) as part of the implementation of the task titled: "Creating and maintaining, within the commune, civil protection resources and infrastructure necessary to implement civil protection and civil defense tasks (tasks investment project II round). The subject of the contract delivered to the Ordering Party will be brand new, free from legal and manufacturing defects and will comply with the recommendations, standards and applicable technical and operational requirements in the territory of the Republic of Poland. The subject of the contract will be delivered at the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the Brzeszcze Commune. The representatives of the Parties will prepare an acceptance report upon the acceptance activity. Before signing the protocol, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with technical and operational documentation or operating instructions in Polish. Acceptance of the subject of the contract will be on checking the condition of the subject of the contract and confirming the completeness of the equipment and accessories.
