Terms of Reference bamboo pendant
I. Description
Made to order bamboo pendant (shell-shaped) printed with Boracay Island, Philippines and It-s more fun in the Philippines.
II. Purpose/Objective
1. Shell-shaped bamboo used as pendant for cloth lei/leis during the reception of cruise ships passenger tourist and crew with Port of Entry in Boaracay Island.
2. It is also used during reception of media/bloggers familiarization tour, VIPS and guest of DOT Boracay Field Office.
III. Minimum Requirement for Suppliers
1. A legitimate supplier from Iloilo City/Province
2. Must follow the specifications indicated above.
3. Willing to provide services on "send-bill" arrangement; and
4. Must present BIR Registration with TIN.
IV. Scope of Works
1. Must supply 10, 000 bamboo pendant (shell-shaped) stated above.
