Purchase of 10 ambulances with full equipment The subject of this order is the purchase of 10 ambulances with full equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. Subject of the order free from physical and legal defects, brand new, not previously used by third parties, in particular it was not used as an item used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. It has also not been previously reconditioned. Offered products medical devices covered by the subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620). Labeling of delivered materials, instructions for use and product descriptions must be provided prepared in Polish. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the order in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in the ToR. The contractor is obliged to submit an offer for the entire subject of the contract, including all items. All requirements specified in the order documents are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 paragraph 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
