Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Carigara, through the General Fund FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP 4, 950, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of 1 unit Transport Vehicle (Coaster Van) with identification no. GDS-PR# 03- 2026-057. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Carigara now invites bids of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Delivery of the Goods is required within ten (15) calendar days upon receipt of Notice from the Bids and Awards Committee. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
