PURCHASE OF 1 UNIT EMERGENCY VEHICLE TO BE USE IN THE EMERGENCY RESPONSE OF MDRRMO
1) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian for CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (P 2, 050, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PURCHASE OF 1 UNIT EMERGENCY VEHICLE TO BE USE IN THE EMERGENCY RESPONSE OF MDRRMO, 2026-026-GDS-2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, now invites bids for the above-mentioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required Within thirty (45) Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
