This is a contract for the purchase of costume material according to the specification in the plan. 2 in the draft contract. Download the Price Calculation and Draft Contract sheets to your PC, fill them in there, CHECK the correctness of the results and send them back as sheets of your offer. The draft contract is an integral part of your offer. Non-fulfillment of some hundred VZ will be evaluated as non-fulfillment of the required conditions of the VZ and this offer will be excluded. Add to the total price the costs associated with the fulfillment of this order (e.g. packaging, transport, etc.). Dal investments will not be piputut. The offer price cannot be corrected even in the case of a numerical error. The maximum price per piece must not exceed 40, 000.00 K including VAT. The bids will be evaluated based on the bidder's bid for the price for a complete supply provided that the required conditions of the contract are met. The overall appearance of the costume pieces will be consulted with the client. The specified specification is considered for the supplier, but may be slightly amended by the contracting authority after consultation with the supplier. I must always be the only supplier of a complete supply. The supplier must be experienced and very familiar with the issue of the folk tradition of individual ethnographic regions.
