Conditions of the procedure regarding the offer and execution of the order: Annex No. 2 is attached to the procedure. Price form divided into three parts. Offers may be submitted separately for any part, it is not allowed to submit offers for individual items of a given part. 1. Place of delivery: - PKP LHS sp. z o.o. Grupa Magazynowa Zamość Bortatycze Wysokie3, Multi-Branch Warehouse, 22-400 Zamość, 7.30 a.m. - 2.30 p.m.2. The unit price includes transport costs.3. Payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods and a correctly issued invoice.4. The Ordering Party requires that the offered items be in commercial packaging, new, original, unused, factory-made packed.5.The assortment that is the subject of the offer must be covered by a warranty period of at least 12 months and no less than the warranty offered by the manufacturer.6. Attachment No. 2 Price form is attached to the procedure. It is not allowed to submit offers for single items from a given part.7. The offer is valid for 21 days from the end of the procedure.8.
