By joining the procedure, the offeror accepts the following conditions: 1. The unit price includes delivery costs.2. Period the offer is valid for at least 30 days from the deadline for submitting offers.3. Place of delivery: PKPLHS DębowaGóra 29, 41-260 Sławków, delivery from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m..4. Required payment date is 45 days from receipt of the invoice.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right introducing changes or canceling the procedure.6.The Ordering Party reserves the right to withdraw from awarding the order. 7. Required documents: The seller is obliged to include gaseous fuel in the form of technical propane with the delivery a current certificate or written statement on the technical parameters of the gas in accordance with the Polish Standard PN-C-96008: 1998 or the standard that will replace it and a document of delivery of technical propane gas for heating purposes exempt from excise duty (CN code - 27111294) together with the gas delivery report.8. Submitting an offer means acceptance of the conditions specified for this procedure specified in the order template constituting Annex No. 1 to the procedure9.
