The University of the Philippines Manila - Philippine General Hospital (UPM-PGH), through the Fund 164 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php5, 500, 000.00), inclusive of all taxes, such as, but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes, and other fiscal levies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Testing of One (1) unit of Multi-Spot Argon Laser Machine with Slit Lamp and Laser Indirect Ophthalmoscopy under Project Reference No.: PUR22-07-0621. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
