The 6th Contracting Squadron, located on MacDill Air Force Base, Florida is conducting market research to identify potential sources (Small Businesses and Other-than-Small Businesses) that have the knowledge, skills and capability to perform the work described below. The responses to this sources sought notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions for this project. All responses are to be sent via email to: thomas.grove.1@us.af.mil no later than 10:00 a.m. EST, 25 March, 2026.
Description of requirement: Supply/installation/training of PUMA DARTs (Deployable Aircrew Radio Terminals) as specified in Attachment 1 - Specifications. Vendor must be able to unpackage, assemble, and conduct a full functional demonstration of the machine on-site to verify that all systems are operating correctly.
Submission Details:
All interested, capable and qualified contractors are encouraged to reply to this sources sought notice. Interested contractors are requested to submit a narrative demonstrating their experience in projects of similar nature. Narratives shall be no longer than 4 pages. All responses are required to be emailed to the point of contact (POC) listed below.
