INVITATION TO BID FOR IV FLUIDS
1) The Provincial Government of Ifugao, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian through an appropriation ordinance for the year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Eight Hundred Fifty-One Thousand Fifty Pesos Only (PhP11, 851, 050.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Consignment Agreement for IV Fluids. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Ifugao now invites bids for Consignment Agreement for IV Fluids (see attached Annex “1” for the brief description of the contract). Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days upon receipt of Notice of Consignment/Notice to Proceed.
