PUBLICATION OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2025-010 (3 issues)
1) The Local Government Unit of Gubat, through its General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Five Hundred Twelve Pesos & 50/100 (₱446, 512.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PUBLICATION OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2025-010 (3 issues)/PR01-0062. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Gubat now invites bids for PUBLICATION OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 2025-010 (3 issues)/PR01-0062. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days. Bidders should have completed, at least within the last two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
