That, the Civil Registry and Identification Service, in compliance with its functions and in accordance with article 7 of Law NO19, 903, is obliged to publish an extract of the resolutions emanating from the Regional Directors that grant, rectify or modify the Effective Possession of the Inheritance, in a Regional Journal corresponding to the Region where the process began, in order to expand the informative scope of the acts publics that produce effects on people. 5. That, the Metropolitan Regional Directorate of this Service, in order to comply with the obligation indicated in the previous considering, has deemed it necessary to contract the services of publication of extracts of effective possessions, in a regional circulation newspaper, on the 1st and 15th of each month or on the following business day, if these fall on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday.
