The purpose of this project is the restructuring of the EHPAD - Bellevue residence, with constant beds, EHPAD with 81 beds. The project provides for the creation of an accommodation unit for wandering people, the adaptation of certain rooms to provide them with private bathrooms, the reorganization of the accommodation units in order to provide premises for life, the creation of a PASA, as well as the reorganization of the care center at the heart of the accommodation units. Beyond this functional redevelopment, the EHPAD wishes to develop its openness to the city, in particular through the creation of third places, entertainment rooms and dining room accessible from the square, thus reorganizing the entertainment and catering center across the establishment.
