Tender Details

The offer of this Agreement includes the processing and sale of household collected fractions of "Metal and Glass" (sub-agreement 1) and/or "Plastic and MDK" (sub-agreement 2) from Randers Waste Terminal. The customer collects the fractions from approx. 50, 000 households. The customer's collected fractions shalll of the Tenderer is treated as waste intended for recycling or better in accordance with §§ 13 and 23-26 of the Waste Order and the Environmental Protection Act.

From May 2024, the ordering party will begin phasing in a new agreement on household waste and recycling fractions such as implyr a change in how the recycling fractions are collected.

Contained in sub-agreement 1 dealing with "Metal and Glass" also follows an invariable transfer of ownership of the Ordering Party's sorting facility, which has so far been used for the Ordering Party's pre-sorting of the Metal, Glass and Plastic fractions. Togetherupon conclusion of the agreement, the Parties will have to sign Contract Annex 3 Ownership of the sorting facility, which formally transfers the sorting facility to the Supplier on sub-agreement 1. The Bidder for "Metal and Glass" (sub-agreement 1) is free to decide whether it will use the sorting facility either at its own address, rent the area where the sorting facility is located with the Ordering Party, or dispose of the sorting facility and carry out the pre-sorting of "Metal and Glass" (sub-agreement 1) in another way.
