Filling planes at M.R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava The subject of the public tender is the selection of two (2) providers of ground handling services - category: aircraft handling at M.R. Štefánik Airport in Bratislava. The announcer undertakes to conditions and in the manner specified in the Conditions of the public tender procedure to select two (2) offers but only one (1) offer or has the right to reject all submitted offers. A detailed description is given in the Conditions of the tender procedure. The filling company is mandatory: (i) deliver Fuel for storage in the Airport Warehouse or, in exceptional cases and only with the consent of the Airport Operator, in a different way ensure Fuel in a quantity that enables smooth delivery aircraft according to the conditions agreed with the Customers; (ii) each day in the calendar year and perform the Fulfillment service 24 (in words: twenty-four) hours a day aircraft and sell Fuel to Customers in quality and according to procedures corresponding to the relevant legal regulations, technical standards and in accordance with the agreed conditions with By customers and according to JIG, (as is declared in the AIP); (iii) pay the Airport Operator properly and on time the Fees and other monetary obligations agreed in Contracts; (iv) in exceptional cases without unnecessary delay, but no later than 12 (in words: twelve) hours, to ensure the supply of Fuel from its backup sources so that there are no breakdowns in the continuous fuel supply at the Airport; (v) respect and not exceed the maximum capacity of rolling wagons defined in ...
