Public tender with negotiation of Citizens' Program and Contributions in Gribskov Municipality Gribskov Municipality is obliged to ensure that citizens living at home who have been subject to a Citizen's Program search in accordance with Section 10 of the Elderly Act have the right to freely choose between two (2) or more suppliers. Citizens who have been searched for the Citizens' Program according to Section 83 of the Service Act, also have a free choice between two (2) or more suppliers. In the case of citizen programs, interventions are also provided in the form of sub-delegated health law services in accordance with the health law § 138. The offer also includes an option to take care of the nursing task, if the health reform means that nursing care must be integrated as part of holistic care. Gribskov Municipality has chosen to organize this free election by entering into a framework agreement with up to two (2) private suppliers. Gribskov Municipality provides corresponding Citizens' Courses and Interventions as a municipal supplier. Citizens can choose to have Citizen Courses and Interventions delivered by the municipal supplier or one of the private suppliers. After the tender, there will thus be expected to be three (3) suppliers of the task solution. The prices that are the basis for settlement by the private supplier(s) are made up of the prices submitted by the winning tenderer(s).
