The tender is carried out as a public tender after the rules in Section II of the Public Procurement Act (Act No. 1564 of 15 December 2015 with subsequent amendments). The tender relates to facade inspection and chipping of loose concrete, etc. on fifteen (15) different "clusters" of apartment blocks (collectively referred to as the low-rise buildings) in Brøndby Strand The parks under comprehensive plan HP4. The low-rise buildings are managed by four public housing companies - the four contracting parties in sections 1 and 8 of the tender notice and section 1.2 of the tender conditions - and a framework agreement (sub-agreement) must therefore be entered into with each of the four contracting authorities on the basis of the tender.
