Public tender for client consultancy, co-location, Ruds Vedby Sorø Municipality offers a developer's consultant contract (the "Builder's consultant contract") regarding the co-location of the Regnbuen daycare center with Ruds Vedby School. The project is carried out as and when extension at the school's address in Ruds Vedby and aims to establish a solution that includes two nursery groups and two kindergarten groups (a so-called 2+2 solution) as well as creating the possibility of later expansion, all with particular emphasis on good indoor climate, acoustics and sound attenuation. The project requires the preparation and adoption of a new local plan as well as the associated municipal plan supplement. These prerequisites and functional requirements appear in the program outline, which is included in the tender material. The project is also anchored in Sorø Municipality Vision and Planning Strategy 2026 and in the municipality's climate action plan (DK2020).
