Sorø Municipality offers a developer's consultant contract (the "Builder's consultant contract") regarding the co-location of the Regnbuen daycare center with Ruds Vedby School. The project is carried out as a conversion and extension at the school's address in Ruds Vedby and aims to establish a solution that both accommodates two nursery groups and two kindergarten groups (a so-called 2+2 solution) and creates the possibility for later expansion, all with particular emphasis on a good indoor climate, acoustics and sound reduction. The project requires preparation and approval of new local plan and associated municipal plan supplement. These prerequisites and functional requirements appear in the program outline, which is included in the tender material. The project is also anchored in Sorø Municipality's Vision and Planning Strategy 2026 and in the municipality's climate action plan (DK2020).
