Public supply of holistic care and practical and personal help This tender relates to the provision of holistic care, cf. § 5, 9, 10, 11 of the Elderly Act, which includes personal help and support for necessary practical tasks, etc. at home, as well as rehabilitation of physical impairment caused by illness that is not treated in connection with a hospital admission. Laundry and shopping services are included in this. In addition, the services in § 83 of the Service Act and delegated nursing services cf. Health Act Services § 138. also covered by the offer. Measures have been implemented in the tender to ensure sustainability, including requirements for a transition to emission-free transport from cars used for the transport of health and care staff. The municipality expects that the annual consumption on the contract is approx. 11.7 million DKK, excluding VAT. The offer includes an option to purchase Nursing services, which are expected to be part of comprehensive care from 2027. There is currently no concrete description of how this is to be done takes place, as there is currently no political position has been taken or legislation adopted regarding the extent to which nursing care must be transferred to private actors.
