The offer includes the purchase and delivery of EMG equipment incl. hardware and software components, training and service.

Region Central Jutland, Region North Jutland, Region Southern Denmark and Region Zealand can make use of the framework agreement.

Region North Jutland, Region Southern Denmark and Region Zealand participate as an option andmay enter into the contract on 18.05.2026 at the latest.

In connection with the conclusion of the contract, a separate contract and contract annexes will be drawn up (except contract annexes 5, 17 and 19 which are already included in the tender material in one copy for each participating region) for each of the other participating regionsis.
