The purpose of this consultation is a public study contract with a view to implementing the general revision of the Territorial Coherence Scheme (SCOT) for the Gally-Mauldre Community of Communes (78). This contract is awarded according to the procedure adapted in accordance with articles L2123-1, R2123-1-1° et seq. of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded at a fixed price. The mission begins as soon as the contract is notified, for a period of 24 months (or adjusted according to the proposal of the holder in his offer made contractual).
