The purpose of the contract is to designate a service provider who will be responsible for providing an IT management solution for part of LA MAISON DES HOMMES' activities, via modules integrated into software. The market includes hosting of the solution as well as the licenses necessary for its use. The contract also includes: - User training. - Complete and updated documentation. - Complete recovery of data from the current software the adjudicator (The data will be imported into the new software in a format adapted to their nature (structured data, documents, histories), so as to guarantee their consistency, integrity and consultability from the start of production of the each module). - Software maintenance and helpdesk support accessible during office hours.
