The public service delegation (DSP) aims to manage, operate, upkeep and maintain the Heliport located at the end of the Large sea wall at the Old Port of Cannes. The Delegate's missions will include the management and operation of the Heliport for the reception of maintenance of helicopters intended for on-demand passenger transport and non-stop circular flights, ground assistance for passengers and handling of their baggage when not provided by airlines; in addition, the Delegate will ensure a mission of port, maritime and air coordination and will carry out the upkeep and maintenance of the Heliport facilities.
