PUBLIC SERVICE DELEGATION RELATING TO THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF THE GRAND CARREAU IN NANCY (LOCAL INTEREST MARKET) The scope of the Contract's services includes, primarily: the preparatory work, the depollution and development of the land base; the design, construction, upkeep and maintenance of the buildings present in the Grand Carreau program, integrating a fluid and direct real estate link with the neighboring kitchen project intercommunal central office; management, operation including marketing of spaces to users occupying the Grand Carreau, ancillary activities open to the public and monitoring and security of the site; active participation in the Project territorial food sector of South 54 of which the Greater Nancy Metropolis is a part, and the PCAET of Greater Nancy; recruitment, staff management, including the establishment of quality supervision, management, training and remuneration of staff in strict compliance with labor legislation. The land area of ​​the project covers an area of ​​5.5 hectares maximum. The Delegate has the exclusive right to operate the service within the limits of the perimeter of the Community, known as the perimeter of the delegation, presented in the draft contract.
