Delegation of public drinking water service The purpose of this consultation is to delegate the Union's drinking water production and distribution service. The management of the delegated service includes operation, including: - maintenance and monitoring of drinking water production and distribution installations (works, networks and network accessories, connections, meters); - monitoring and controlling the quality of water produced and distributed, searching for anomalies likely to disrupt the proper functioning of the service and the resolution of these situations within the limits defined by the contract; - carrying out the work charged to the Delegate by the contract and its subsequent modifications; - management relations with service subscribers; - information and technical assistance to the Union to enable it to control the service, in particular through the transmission of precise and reliable data.
