Tender Details

The purpose of this consultation is to delegate the operation and management of the public service of PlanetOcean Montpellier (POM), located in the territory of the municipality of Montpellier, in the heart of the Odysseum zone. The Delegate ensures the management of the delegated public service and in particular: - Carrying out the following activities: welcoming the public and groups and organizing activities; the reception of students from educational establishments in the Metropolis (notably 1st level and establishments public), supervision and animation of sessions. - Management of the service, premises and equipment made available: technical, administrative, financial and commercial management of the equipment; routine maintenance of the premises (interior and exterior), maintenance, repair and renewal of all or part of the equipment, installations and materials under the conditions set out in this contract; the animation of equipment and communication with the public, the organization of activities and events beyond the scope of the current service offered to users; the recruitment, training and supervision of its staff; hygiene control, including carrying out all controls (internally or outsourced) provided for by regulations (establishment open to the public).
