Public service delegation contract in the form of leverage (concession of services), subject to the general codes of local authorities and public procurement, aimed at the exploitation of the Aqualis inter -municipal swimming pool, composed of: 1/ a covered aquatic offer, 2/ a basin 25 m/ 4 corridors swimming (250 m2), 3/ a 180 m2 leisure pool, 4/ an activity pool of 100 m2; 5/ A 25 m2 paddling pool, 6/ a slide with accompanied arrival (25 m2), 7/ A wet fitness space of well-being comprising: saunas, hammam, exterior spa, frigidarium, Massage showers, a relaxation area and a Zen garden, 8/ a dry fitness area comprising an 87 m2 cardio-training room and a collective classroom of 80 m2, 9/ outdoor spaces, operating year-round: a 200 m2 sports pool, a leisure pool of 221 m2, connected In the interior and exterior sports pool hall by a river, mineralized and vegetated spaces dedicated to relaxation and leisure: beaches, solarium, lawns, games, etc.
