This is a service contract in Annex III of the law of June 17, 2016 relating to the creation of synchronous (virtual classes and webinars) and asynchronous (e-learning) distance training systems on behalf of the Wallonia-Brussels School of Public Administration as well as thes administrations of the Walloon Region, the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and their UAPs, beneficiaries of the School's services. These digital devices could be made available to agents of these different administrations but also to some of the users of these administrations, citizens and businesses (for example, a module for citizens, to learn how to use software made available to them via the internet).
