CAPAC wishes to relocate its payment offices from TOURNAI (located at Avenue Henri Paris, 17 at 7500 Tournai), ALOST (at Frederic van der Nootstraat 8 at 9300 Aalst) and NIVELLES (Chaussée de Bruxelles, 78 at 1400 Nivelles) respectively at the following addresses : o LOT 1: Place Reine Astrid 5/1, at 7500 Tournai o LOT 2: Albrechtlaan 100, at 9300 Aalst o LOT 3: Place du Canestia 1, 3 & 5 at 1400 Nivelles The three buildings hosting the future premises of the CAP AC are all recent (2024 or less) and all have CASCO spaces on the ground floor.
