Duration of the contract: 1 year renewable three times for one year
The Administration wants to have a set of hydraulic models potentially overflowing the network hydraulic routes, for different planning and management objectives, inlink in particular with adaptation to the impacts of climate change and its impact on the risk of flooding. The purpose of this contract is to assist in the specific use of the HEC-RAS software (Hydrologic Engineering Center's River Analysis System of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers)and relevant associated software from the HEC suite (HEC-DSSVue HEC-FIA, HEC-HMS, etc.) in the context of watercourse modeling in management at SPW MI. The services provided for in this contract aim to develop and control by the Administration services, models allowingto respond to the challenges on waterways, in particular the risk of flooding.
