The purpose of this consultation is to designate the future concessionaire of the public drinking water service within the perimeter of the union from January 1, 2027. The main missions of the concessionaire will be as follows: Design, carry out and operate a multi-service optical fiber network; Operate a shared wireless network (low-speed IoT); Implement a security service offering; Implement a hosting service offering; Optional phase: construction of a data center in the Haut-Saônois territory. Duration: 12 years (144 months) from the entry into force of the DSP Variants: Not authorized This procedure is carried out in application of the provisions of the 3rd part of the Order Code Public relating to concession contracts and articles L1410-1 et seq. and R1410-1 et seq. of the General Code of Territorial Authorities.
