The purpose of this consultation is to entrust to a concessionaire, within the framework of a concession contract (public service delegation), design, financing, realization, operation, maintenance and large maintenance renewal of A public heat network. The concessionaire must provide the heat necessary for the heating of premises and the production of domestic hot water for subscribers. Energy must be produced mainly from wood energy resources. The average annual energy needs delivered is estimated at 9, 400 MWh /year (see descriptive annexed to the DAC). This procedure is subject to the provisions of the third part of the public procurement code relating to concession contracts.
