Public service concession for the operation of the Strasbourg campsite The purpose of this procedure is to entrust the operation of the Strasbourg campsite to a public service concessionaire. Located in the Green Mountain, the Strasbourg campsite is the subject of a 4-star classification since its opening in 2015. The equipment is, to date, made up of 92 rental accommodations (35 HLL, 24 mobile homes, 29 canvas and wooden tents, 4 trailers), 86 free pitches as well as a motorhome space of 19 pitches, a playground and a heated swimming pool, a life center, two toilets, a laundry, a bar/restaurant, a terminal for motorhomes. Between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025, the Strasbourg campsite recorded 134, 505 nights (69, 541 in campsites and 64, 964 in rental accommodation) The campsite will remain open and accessible 24 hours a day, every day, including Sundays and public holidays. The future concessionaire will be responsible for managing the installations, the improvement and development of the service offering aimed, among other things, at maintaining the 4-star classification as well as obtaining the Accueil Vélo label. In addition to management and operation, the concessionaire must also ensure the promotion of the campsite and its territory, the upkeep, maintenance, security and monitoring of the equipment.
