Tender Details

The commune of Boulou has a gaming casino on its territory. The building in which the various activities are operated (games, entertainment, catering) belongs to the Concessionaire. However, the municipality will own the casino building from the signing of the future concession contract, in accordance with the discussions currently being finalized with the outgoing delegatee. The premises will be entrusted to the future concessionaire as part of a premises occupancy fee (ROL).
