PUBLIC SERVICE CONCESSION FOR THE OPERATION OF THE MUNICIPAL CASINO The commune of Boulou has a gaming casino on its territory. The building in which the various activities are operated (games, entertainment, catering) belongs to the Concessionaire. However, the municipality will own the casino building from the signing of the future concession contract, in accordance with the discussions currently being finalized with the outgoing delegatee. The premises will be entrusted to the future concessionaire in within the framework of a premises occupancy fee (ROL). The concessionaire will be responsible for the exploitation of the goods made available to it according to the conditions set by the consultation specifications. The main missions of the dealership are the following: - Maintaining traditional games (blackjack, roulette) with a staff number consistent with the current situation, in order to preserve local employment; - The operation of a quality restaurant accessible to non-players via an entrance independent, a bar and a light catering offer; - A program of cultural and tourist events in annual consultation with the municipality, covering all areas of the casino including the multipurpose room; - The update free use of the multipurpose room for 20 days per year, according to a concerted half-yearly schedule, as well as occasional use of the pine forest; - Implementation of a prevention program...
