The purpose of this consultation is to designate the future concessionaire of the public collective sanitation service of Clisson Sèvre and Maine Agglo. This is a unique lot. The contract will take effect on January 1, 2027 for a period of 10 years. THE contract provides for an evolution of the scope with effect from January 1, 2027 for the municipalities of Aigrefeuille-sur-Maine, Boussay, Château-Thébaud, Clisson, Gétigné, Gorges, La Haye-Fouassière, Remouillé, Saint-Fiacre-sur-Maine, Saint-Hilaire-de-Clisson and Saint-Lumine-de-Clisson and with effect from January 1, 2029 for the municipalities of Haute-Goulaine, La Planche, Maisdon-sur-Sèvre, Monnières and Vieillevigne.
