The purpose of the proposed delegation is to entrust to the delegatee the operation and management of the public urban transport service which falls under its jurisdiction. The delegatee assumes responsibility for this operation for the duration of his contract, which he executes at his own risk. THE delegatee has exclusivity for the 62 urban lines. The concession does not include the operation of BRT lines. The delegatee mainly ensures: The operation of the 62 lines of the Center network while respecting the consistency of the services IŸ Management, operation, the upkeep and maintenance of rolling stock which it owns; The implementation and financing of a program of investments, maintenance, major maintenance of rolling stock, and renewal of on-board equipment (excluding SAE and ticketing); The reception and provision of services for users; Checking the tickets of bus line users (if option chosen).
